Why is the catalog small?
Useful Scoop is launching with a reviewed catalog instead of a giant untested feed. We check supplier availability, pricing, variants, delivery expectations, and support risk before advertising an item.
How long does shipping take?
Most launch items are expected to arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Product pages show the best available estimate before checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is provided by email after dispatch whenever the carrier makes a tracking number available.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@usefulscoop.com within 30 days with your order number and clear photos. We will review a replacement or refund according to the Refund Policy.
Can I change an order after checkout?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will try to update the address or cancel it.
