Useful Scoop reviews refund and replacement requests within 30 days of delivery. Email support@usefulscoop.com with your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page.
Items must be unused and in their original condition unless the issue is damage, wrong item, or another fulfillment error. Return shipping for buyer remorse may be the customer's responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after review.
